    Register NOW to take advantage of the early bird rate - ends June 30th: early bird rate - $419.00. Regular rate: $545 after June 30th. (full conference rate includes Opening Welcome Reception, Monday Night Happy Hour/Tiki Party/Dinner and all meals during the meetings.)
