Our second  joint webinar:    Understanding Employee Turnover

As the economy starts to recover, the war for talent is heating up. Employees have more options now than they did in recent years. As a result, more companies are realizing they need to revisit their retention strategies to ensure they are holding on to their best and brightest employees.

In this Webinar, scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, from 9 am – 10 am, we will focus on employee retention, exploring the ways that various organizations are seeking to assess, understand, and prevent unwanted turnover. We’ll review recent academic research and practitioner ideas, discuss recent exit survey data trends, introduce some new approaches to exit research, and provide recommendations for developing an effective retention strategy.

Our presenter will be Dr. Patrick Hyland, director of research and development, at Sirota Survey Intelligence which helps organizations leverage their human capital through innovative, proactive means that align with their business strategy.
