    In this interactive session, participants will look at themselves from the perspective of the C-Suite to better understand the business value communication challenges they face. They will see how almost 200 HR tasks, services and products connect to the Profit & Loss statement, and they will leave with a clear understanding of the differences between HR Functions, HR Tactics, HR Strategies, and Business Strategies. The session will “build” an HR Value Roadmap, which participants will receive a copy of. And in conclusion, participants will be given several essential “selling” and “value communication” technique principles for dealing with Executive leadership in businesses.

    OBJECTIVES:

    • Learn how NOT to be seen as “overhead” or “the paper pushing compliance police” in the eyes of a CEO - your CEO for HR practitioners, or a Client’s CEO for HR consultants.
    • Learn how almost 200 HR tasks, services, and products connect up through 11 HR Tactics, and up through 7 HR Strategies, ultimately up to the 7 (yes 7!) parts of the P&L.
    • Learn the “HOW” communication technique for addressing CEOs and upper management, versus the “WHY” communication technique.
    • Attendees will receive a handout copy of 4-Profit-HR’s (copyrighted) HR Value Roadmap.

    Rob Blunt, President of 4-Profit-HR and PEO Consulting Group

    Rob has spent 26 years on the “sales” side of Human Resources. He is an HR Value Communications Consultant and Trainer, who has facilitated custom HR Sales Training and Sales System Consulting to over 90 firms. He authors the complimentary HR Outsourcing Sales Tip of the Week.
