ABOUT THE PROGRAM & PRESENTER
The way we work is changing. Economic, social and demographic shifts are continually impacting business goals and talent requirements. Pressures are mounting for a new hyper-efficient workforce compromised of just-in-time employees who are skilled and ready to move into new roles quickly. But how does an organization mobilize its talent so that it always has the right people with the right skills in the right place? How does it close skill gaps and align the workforce with business needs? How does it develop a more flexible and adaptable workforce?
Participants will leave this education session with research-based findings from Lee Hecht Harrison and Human Capital Institute from 435 respondents from 16 industries in HR and Executive Leadership functions in small, mid-size and large organizations, on how to:
- Understand current talent and needs
- Strategically develop that talent, and
- Effectively deploy the talent
Prepared, equipped, and connected employees have more choices and are set in motion, ready to jump quickly into new roles, internally or externally!
