    The presentation’s objective is to both highlight and detail a seven (7) step process to ensure the successful analysis, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of a modern HR/HCM system … without any bias or preference towards any specific vendor or technology. Bernie has been an active member of SHRM since the days it was known as ASPA and is an active member of both the Chesapeake Human Resource Association and the Howard County Human Resources Society.
