Come join us for an insightful presentation focused on three perspectives: Inclusion as a mindset, inclusion as a framework for change, and inclusion as a strategy or intervention technique.

We will discuss the importance of engagement, communication, and human connection. We will explore " radical inclusion" from both the meaning of being a new way of addressing change; as well as unconscious bias and the dynamics involved in shifting an organizational culture from making things primary (e.g., profit, performance, and power) - to making people primary.

This presentation will provide insights that help to create innovations through collaboration and generational differences, strengthen working relationships, recognize mutual intellectual dependence, appreciate diversity, and embrace shared leadership. The goal will be to provide program participants with actionable information for transformation. Participants will build awareness and gain insights, techniques, and tools that change common employer, group, and individual stories reflecting themes of isolation and competition - to experiences of empowerment, cooperation, collaboration, and support.
