    The presentation, for all levels of HR practitioners, will delve into the question "What will the future of leadership development look like?" This will be an interactive presentation where participants explore the current landscape, the challenges ahead and trends in the future of leadership development

    At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

    ü Explain the trends of the future of leadership development and decide practical application for the workplace.

    Short speaker bio:

    Deborah White, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is Vice President of Human Resources Consulting Services for Pinnacle Talent Acquisition. Through her 25-year career, she has earned a solid reputation as a human resources expert in mission driven environments. She provides sage counsel and customized solutions to ever-changing business challenges. Ms. White handles organizational and staff assessment and development, talent acquisition and retention of employees at all levels, training and development; design and administration of compensation plans, job descriptions analysis, and organizational change management. Directing management of HR outsourcing solutions and benefits administration, she provides HR infrastructure set up which include development of Employee Handbook, Procedures Manual, compliance procedures and best practices. Ms. White has a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Trinity College.
