    Join attorneys Laura Rubenstein and Michelle Gomola as they team up for this interesting and informative presentation about workplace violence.  You'll hear about statistics of industries and victims who may be more susceptible targets and understand general profiles of those who have committed violent acts.  Learn  to identify "Red Flags, " behaviors that can serve as alerts so that  steps can be taken early on to prevent small acts from escalating into  major disturbances and even violence.  Learn practical steps you can take to protect your employees and your property, including no-cost and low-cost preventative measures.  You are guaranteed to come away with a heightened awareness to implement workplace violence prevention policies in your workplace.
