    7 Steps to Nirvana – Selecting the Best HR/HCM System

    This interactive workshop, will highlight a time-proven process to provide both employees and managers with the capability to make fully informed decisions on how to best utilize and enhance the capabilities of the organization’s human assets.  The presentation will detail how to:

    • Develop an initial, in-depth Needs Analysis followed by a list of Requirements
    • Use of 1-on-1 vendor discovery meetings before RFP responses
    • Conducting initial and follow up Proof of Capability Presentations … aka “demos”
    • Perform in-depth backdoor vendor reference checks
    • Conducting detailed Pre-Implementation Planning … before signing any contract
    • Planning and conducting Win-Win vendor negotiations
    • Kicking off the pre-negotiated Implementation Plan

    Presentor: Bernard M. Aller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, HRIP

    A former Navy helicopter pilot, Bernie was one of the early members of FEDEX’s award-winning senior HR staff. As the Managing Director of Human Resources of FEDEX’s Central Region, Bernie was a member of the team that developed FEDEX’s first HR/HCM system. As founder of Aller-Rule, Inc. and, as an equity partner of FLX Corporation, he developed the highly successful HR/HCM application, VISUAL HR, which was subsequently acquired by Ceridian.
