    MD SHRM has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to respecting and protecting your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

    1. What information of yours do we collect online? We currently do not collect any personally identifiable information when you visit our website.  When you register for events we may host or sponsor such as our annual conference or periodic webcasts you may be prompted for personal information to register.  MD SHRM does not and will not distribute or sell any of your personal information to third parties, except if and when expressly requested by our affiliate SHRM. As a registrant for one or more of our events we may contact you regarding future, upcoming events.
    2. What is the opt-out policy for MD SHRM emails? If wish to receive no emails from us you have the following options: (1) You can send an e-mail to any of the officers listed on the About Us page with a request to opt-out; or (2) you can send your request to us via regular mail to the address posted at the bottom of each page of our website.
